Thank them first, then state what a volunteer may need later: the hours, the role and the period. All three fit in one sentence.

What a volunteer certificate should include

Make the thanks warm and the facts exact. Role, hours and dates are what a school, a scholarship panel or a service programme will look for.

How to issue a volunteer certificate

Add up each volunteer's hours from your sign-in sheets or scheduling app.

2.

Spreadsheet

A certificate for everyone on the rota

At the end of a season or a big event, every volunteer on your list deserves a certificate with their own hours. DynaPictures reads the volunteer sheet, one row per person, and makes a certificate for each in your own design, as PDFs named after the volunteer.

  • Import your rota from Excel or CSV
  • Hours and role filled in from columns
  • One PDF per volunteer in a ZIP
A DynaPictures spreadsheet with one row per image, and the image generated from the selected row
