From Banner to Booked Ticket, in One Loop
Speakers Share in One Tap — No Login, No Download
Import your speakers from a spreadsheet and email each one a personal link. They open it, adjust their name or talk title if they want, and tap Share. Their device's own share sheet opens with the finished image already attached, so they can post it straight to LinkedIn, Instagram, WhatsApp or anywhere else. No account, no download, no re-uploading. The link never expires, so a speaker can share again the week before the event.
Attendees Share the Moment They Register
Add one embed snippet to your confirmation or thank-you page. The moment someone completes registration, they're offered an 'I'm attending' banner with their name on it. The dialog is built mobile-first, because that's where people are when they buy a ticket. Every attendee gets their own tracked link inside the post text.
Sponsors and Exhibitors, With Their Own Details
Sponsors and exhibitors are confirmed by contract well before the event, so import the whole list at once. Sponsors get their tier, exhibitors get their booth number, and every field maps onto your template automatically. Each one receives the same one-tap share link as your speakers — and each gets counted separately in your reporting.
You Control the Brand. They Only Edit What You Allow.
Design one template in the editor and choose which layers each audience may change — their name, their photo, their talk title. Everything else, your logo, the event name, the background, is locked. A speaker cannot accidentally delete a sponsor logo, because the fields you didn't map simply aren't editable.
Most Tools Stop at the Share. That's Where the Question Starts.
Every Share Gets Its Own Tracked Link
When someone shares, we mint a fresh short link just for that post and drop it into the caption. Two speakers sharing the same banner get two different links — so a click is always traceable to one person, one channel, one moment.
Clicks Are Bot-Filtered, So the Number Means Something
Social crawlers, corporate link scanners and security proxies hit every link that gets posted. We classify each hit as it arrives and exclude the machines, so the click count you report is people. The raw records are kept, so counts can be recalculated if our detection improves.
How It Works
1. Build Your Campaign
Create a campaign for your event, import your speakers, sponsors and exhibitors from a spreadsheet, and pick the designs each audience will share. Extra spreadsheet columns are kept automatically, so nothing from your list is lost.
2. Send Their Links
Email everyone their personal share link, from your own name with replies going to your inbox. Edit the invitation copy and the suggested social caption per audience — speakers, sponsors, exhibitors and attendees each get their own.
3. Add the Widget and the Pixel
Paste one snippet on your registration page for the attendee widget, and one on your ticket pages for conversion tracking. The tracking code carries the attribution across your whole checkout by itself, including multi-page and redirect-heavy flows.
4. Watch the Funnel Fill Up
Views, shares, clicks and conversions over time, broken down by channel and country, with a leaderboard of who actually produced results — and the revenue attributed to each of them.
Reporting You Can Take to a Budget Meeting
Revenue Attributed to the Person Who Posted
Send us the order value when a ticket is bought and we'll attribute it to the share that brought the buyer. You get revenue per speaker, per sponsor, per channel — the number that answers 'was the speaker programme worth it?' Amounts are reported in the currency they were sold in and never silently converted.
Hosted in Frankfurt, Under GDPR
DynaPictures runs on Frankfurt-based infrastructure under GDPR with a Data Processing Agreement available. We never store a visitor's raw IP address: it's hashed for counting and discarded. Attendee names are saved only when someone deliberately shares — never from simply opening the page.
