Convert your HEIC photo
Drop a HEIC or HEIF file up to 15 MB and download the JPG.
The photo arrives from a phone, it leaves as a listing card
A picture taken on a phone is raw material: the listing it belongs to also needs the price, the address and your brand marks before anyone can publish it. Publish a DynaPictures template as an online form and the person standing at the property uploads the shot, types the details and gets the finished card.
How to convert HEIC to JPG online
Upload the HEIC file
Drag the photo into the box or click to choose it. HEIC and HEIF files up to 15 MB are accepted, straight from the Photos app or AirDrop.
Let the server decode it
Click Convert. The image is decoded and re-encoded as a JPG. If the file uses an HEVC encoding the server cannot decode, the tool tells you right away instead of returning a broken file.
Download the JPG
Save the .jpg and use it anywhere. The download link stays active for 24 hours.
Why convert HEIC to JPG
Opens everywhere
JPG is read by every browser, operating system, email client and CMS, while HEIC needs extra codecs on Windows and is rejected by many upload forms.
Original resolution
The full pixel size of the photo is kept, so a 12 MP HEIC becomes a 12 MP JPG.
Honest about failures
HEIC is a container; some files hold HEVC-encoded images the server cannot decode. When that happens you get a clear message, not a silent blank image.
Nothing to install
No codec packs, no desktop app. Works in any browser on Windows, Mac, Linux and Android. Free, no login, no watermark.
HEIC vs JPG: what changes
HEIC (High Efficiency Image Container) has been Apple's default camera format since iOS 11. It stores photos at roughly half the size of a JPG of the same quality and can hold Live Photos, depth maps and 16-bit color. The downside is support: Windows needs a paid extension, and many Android phones, browsers, email tools and marketplaces cannot open it at all. Converting to JPG gives up the smaller size and the extra data (depth maps, Live Photo video, edit history) but produces a file that works in every program.
Free limits
Up to 30 conversions per day per visitor, HEIC or HEIF files up to 15 MB, downloads kept for 24 hours.
Whole camera roll?
Everyone gets the same 30 conversions a day here, one file at a time. For batch work, DynaPictures generates images from your templates through the API, Zapier or Make.
Privacy
Photos are processed on our servers and deleted together with the download link after 24 hours.
HEIC to JPG questions
Windows 10 and 11 need the HEIF Image Extensions plus a separate HEVC codec, which is paid on many machines. Converting the photo to JPG avoids the whole issue.
