What a certificate of achievement includes

Six elements, in the order a parent reads them. Keep the achievement short enough for a child to read aloud on stage.

Student's name First and last name, spelled as on the class list.
Achievement One sentence on the goal reached and when: the subject, the challenge or the event.
School The school's name and logo, or the class and teacher for a classroom award.
Date The day of the assembly or the awards evening.
Signatories The class teacher, and the head teacher or principal for awards given in assembly.

Spreadsheet

Achievement certificates for the whole class

End of term often means a certificate for every child in the class, each with their own achievement. DynaPictures takes your class list from a spreadsheet and makes one certificate per student in your school's design, every PDF named after the child.

  • Import the class list from Excel
  • Each child's achievement from a column
  • A PDF per student, ready for assembly
A DynaPictures spreadsheet with one row per image, and the image generated from the selected row

Certificate of achievement FAQ

A certificate a school, club or organisation gives when someone reaches a goal or a standard: a reading target, excellence in a subject, a skill mastered. It celebrates the achievement and is not a qualification.
