Check your social preview
Paste a public URL and get the tag list, six link-card previews and a list of issues in a few seconds.
One branded card design behind every page on the site
A link card is the first thing a reader sees of a page, and it should look like the same site in Slack, on LinkedIn and on WhatsApp. DynaPictures keeps that design in a template gallery, one entry per format, with the fonts, logos and Unsplash images it uses attached, so a new page picks up the layout.
How to test Open Graph tags
Paste the page URL
Enter the full address of a public page. The tool fetches it the way a social crawler does, with an 8 second timeout.
Review tags and previews
See the og:title, og:description, og:image, twitter:card and basic meta tags side by side with the card as Facebook, X, LinkedIn, Slack, Discord and WhatsApp render it.
Fix the listed issues
Missing tags, relative image paths, images under 600x315 or over 5 MB and non-HTTPS URLs are flagged with a short explanation. Fix them and check again.
Why check links here
Six networks in one view
One check shows the card as Facebook, X, LinkedIn, Slack, Discord and WhatsApp display it, so you do not have to open six debuggers.
Image checks that matter
The og:image is downloaded and measured: it should be 1200x630, at least 600x315, under 5 MB and served from an absolute HTTPS URL. Anything else is flagged.
Every tag, not just OG
Open Graph, Twitter Card and basic title, description and canonical tags are listed together, so you spot conflicts between them at a glance.
50 checks a day, no login
Enough to test a whole site launch. Nothing is installed and nothing is uploaded; only the public page you paste is fetched.
What the Open Graph checker looks at
Social networks build the link card from meta tags in the page head. Facebook, LinkedIn, Slack, Discord and WhatsApp use og:title, og:description and og:image; X prefers twitter:card, twitter:title and twitter:image and falls back to the og: tags. The checker fetches the page, parses those tags and renders a preview per network using each one's layout and crop. It then verifies the image: size (recommended 1200x630, minimum 600x315), file weight under 5 MB, an absolute HTTPS URL and a reachable file. Only public sites can be checked; pages behind a login or on localhost are not reachable by crawlers either.
Free limits
50 checks per day per visitor, public URLs only, 8 second fetch timeout. The limit resets at midnight UTC.
Fix the image with an account
If the og:image is missing or wrong, DynaPictures generates a 1200x630 image per page from a template through the API, Zapier or Make. The daily limit on the free tools is the same for every visitor.
Privacy
The tool requests the URL you paste the same way a social crawler would. No file is uploaded and no report is kept after you close the page.
Frequently asked questions
Usually the og:image tag is missing, points to a relative path, uses HTTP instead of HTTPS or is smaller than 600x315 px. The checker flags each of these and shows the exact URL it found.
