An attendee list becomes a sheet of badges

Badges get printed once, the evening before the doors open, and they have to fit the holders and stay readable from across a room. DynaPictures repeats one badge sub-template per row with a grid layer, so a list of names comes out as a printable PDF sheet in a single render.

Printing your name badges

Each badge is rendered at 1200x900 pixels, which is 4x3 inches at 300 DPI, the most common size for badge holders and adhesive name labels. Print at 100 percent scale, or place several PNGs on one letter or A4 sheet in your printer dialog or word processor. The free tool covers text, style and colors. In DynaPictures you can generate hundreds of badges from a spreadsheet or a registration form via Zapier, Make or the API, with a photo or QR code on each.

Free limits

20 renders per day per visitor, up to 10 rows per ZIP. Downloads stay available for 24 hours.

Whole attendee list

DynaPictures renders badges for every row of a spreadsheet or registration export and adds photos or QR codes.
