Add your photo and a style
Upload a headshot as PNG, JPG or WebP up to 5 MB, or skip it for a coloured disc with your initial. Pick one of six styles or your own colours.
Download one card or a batch
Save a square or landscape PNG. Organizers can paste or upload a CSV of up to 10 speakers (name, role, talk, date) and get a ZIP, once a day.

What makes a good speaker card
The card puts the label and the event name on top, then the speaker's photo, name and role, then the talk title, with the date and place along the bottom, so someone scrolling past still learns who speaks about what, where and when. Keep the talk title short: text is scaled to fit its box, so a long title ends up small in the feed. Square works for Instagram, LinkedIn and Facebook feeds; landscape suits X and the preview cards that link sharing produces.
