Yes. Without a paid plan you can run one campaign with up to 10 speakers, sponsors or exhibitors and 50 banners a month, enough to try the whole flow with your own people. Emails are not included, share pages and the widget show a small Powered by DynaPictures line, and new banners pause once the 50 are used, until the next month starts or you choose a plan. Your tracked links, clicks and conversions keep working.

Every campaign in your team counts, whether you are preparing it, running it, it has ended or you have archived it. When your plan is full, delete a campaign you no longer need (its people, banners and numbers go with it) or upgrade.

No. Event plans are billed separately and include the banners listed above, so they do not use your image credits. An image generation plan is only needed if you also generate images through the API or the editor outside your event campaigns.

Nothing stops. We email you at 80% and again when you reach the limit, and your speakers and attendees keep creating and sharing banners. Only far beyond the limit does a campaign pause until the next month.

Every banner a speaker, sponsor, exhibitor or attendee shares carries its own tracked link, so you see the clicks each person drives, with bots and link scanners filtered out. Add the conversion pixel to the ticket pages you control and pass the order value when someone buys, and each sale is attributed to the share that brought the buyer in. A share is counted when someone creates a banner or taps a share button, so we treat shares as intent and report clicks and revenue as the result.

No. You can create your account and set up your first campaign without a credit card. You only add payment details when you buy a plan.

Yes. You can move to another tier at any time and only pay the difference, and you can cancel whenever you like. Your plan then runs to the end of the month you have paid for.
