Create your LinkedIn banner
Fill in the label, the event and your details, choose the profile or Company Page size and a style, then download the PNG.
One template, a LinkedIn banner for every speaker on the lineup
A Speaking at banner works on a speaker's profile for weeks, seen by everyone who opens it. The DynaPictures Event Marketing module renders a Speaking at banner for every speaker from one template, with name and session filled in, on a share page instead of an attachment, and counts each person's bot-filtered clicks.
- Name and session filled in for each speaker
- A share page per person, no login needed
- Bot-filtered clicks counted per speaker
How to make a LinkedIn banner
Write the message
Pick a label such as Speaking at, Save the date or Join us at, then add the event or headline, your name and role, the date and place and, if you want, a button text.
Add a logo and a style
Upload the event or company logo as PNG, JPG or WebP up to 5 MB, choose one of six styles and adjust the background, accent and text colours.
Download and upload to LinkedIn
Choose 1584x396 for your profile or 1512x256 for a Company Page, download the PNG and replace the cover image on your profile or Page.
Why make your LinkedIn banner here
1584x396, as LinkedIn recommends
LinkedIn's help centre gives 1584x396 pixels for a profile cover image, JPG or PNG under 8 MB, and that is the size of the default download.
Text clear of your photo
The words start just over a quarter of the way in, right of the area your profile photo covers, and keep to the band phones still show.
A logo that stays visible
An uploaded logo goes top right; on darker backgrounds it sits on a white plate, so a dark logo does not disappear into the background.
Ten people in one ZIP
Paste a CSV with name and role for up to 10 people and get one banner each in the same design, one ZIP a day.
No watermark, no login
20 renders and 60 live previews a day per visitor, and the PNG carries only your text, logo and colours.
LinkedIn banner size and layout
LinkedIn recommends 1584x396 pixels for the cover image of a personal profile, the banner it used to call the background photo, as JPG or PNG under 8 MB. On desktop the profile photo covers the lower-left part of it, and on phones the edges are trimmed, so text that starts at the far left loses words. This generator places the label, the headline, the name line and the date just over a quarter of the way in, puts an uploaded logo top right and the optional button bottom right, and sets the type large enough to read when LinkedIn scales the banner down. For a Company Page it switches to a narrower 1512x256 strip with the text a fifth of the way in.
Free limits
20 renders and 60 live previews a day per visitor, plus one CSV ZIP of up to 10 banners a day; files are deleted after 24 hours.
Fields and files
Label, event or headline, name, role, date and place, an optional button and an optional PNG, JPG or WebP logo up to 5 MB.
A banner for every speaker
When a whole lineup needs banners, the DynaPictures Event Marketing module renders one per person from your list and shows each person's shares.
