Free Event Banner Resizer

Every event platform wants its cover at a different shape, and a picture cropped for one looks wrong on the next. Upload one image, pick the platform, drag the crop box that is already locked to the right ratio and download a PNG at the exact pixel size, from the 1920x1005 Facebook event cover to the square Luma cover and the 1280x400 Zoom webinar banner. 20 uses a day, no account needed.

Event Marketing

One cover for the event, one banner for each person who promotes it

The cover image is the event's face, but registrations come from the speakers, sponsors and attendees who post about it. DynaPictures turns one design into a personal banner per person, each shared from a page that needs no login and carrying its own tracked link.

  • A personal share page for every speaker
  • One tracked short link per share
  • Clicks and ticket revenue by name

How to resize an image for an event platform

1.

Upload and pick the platform

Drop a JPG, PNG, WebP, AVIF or HEIC up to 15 MB and choose where the banner goes. The crop box snaps to that platform's ratio at once.

2.

Frame it

Move or resize the box over the part that matters. Leave it untouched and face detection centres the crop on the people in the picture.

3.

Check the preview and download

The preview shows the result at the platform's pixel size with a dashed safe area for text and logos. Download the PNG and upload it to the platform.

Why resize event banners here

Seven platforms, exact pixels

Facebook event cover, Eventbrite, LinkedIn event, Luma, Meetup, Zoom webinar and Discord, each at the size its help pages recommend, checked in October 2026.

A crop box that cannot go wrong

The box is locked to the platform's ratio, so what you frame is what the platform shows, with no surprise trim after upload.

Faces stay in frame

Without a manual crop, face detection places the window around the people in the photo instead of cutting them off at the edge.

A preview at full size

See the finished picture at 1920x1005 or 2160x1080 before you download, with the suggested safe area marked.

20 free resizes a day

Enough to try several photos per platform, no watermark, no sign-up, and the download link works for 24 hours.

Event banner sizes by platform

Facebook recommends 1920x1005 pixels for an event cover photo, Eventbrite 2160x1080 for the event image, LinkedIn a 16:9 event cover of at least 480 pixels wide (this tool uses 1600x900), Luma a square cover of at least 800x800 whose corners are rounded on display, Meetup 1200x675 for a 16:9 photo, Zoom a webinar banner of 640x200 with a 1280x1280 maximum (1280x400 here) and Discord an event cover of at least 800x400 shown as a 2.5:1 band (1000x400 here). Platforms re-encode every upload, so the ratio and the safe margins matter more than the file size. The dates and sources of these figures are listed in the FAQ.

Free usage

One image up to 15 MB per run, 20 runs per day per visitor, PNG output. Downloads are removed after 24 hours.

Safe area

The dashed line sits 6 percent in from every edge; keep text and logos inside it. On Luma the shaded corners show where the rounding cuts.

One platform per download

Each run produces one PNG for one platform. Run it again for the next platform; the crop box keeps the same picture.

Event banner size questions

1920x1005 pixels, a 1.91:1 ratio, is the figure the size guides agree on; Meta's own help page gives no pixel number. Pick Facebook event cover and the box takes that shape.
