Speaking At Banner for Your LinkedIn Profile

Once your talk is confirmed, your profile banner can announce it to everyone who looks you up before the conference. Speaking at is already set as the label: add the event, the date and city, your name and role, the conference logo if the organizers share one and a button such as See my session. Download a 1584x396 PNG with the text clear of your profile photo. 20 renders a day, no account needed.

Event Marketing

Hand every speaker a finished banner, not a design brief

Speakers reach people the event cannot, and a banner on each speaker's profile keeps their talk in view for weeks. The DynaPictures Event Marketing module emails each speaker a page with a personal banner, name, photo and session filled in, ready to post to LinkedIn in one tap, and shows whose link brought the clicks.

  • Session, photo and name filled in per speaker
  • One tap to post on LinkedIn from the page
  • A ranking of speakers by the clicks they brought

How to make a Speaking at banner for LinkedIn

1.

Enter the talk details

Keep Speaking at as the label, type the conference name, then the date and city, for example 14 May · Berlin.

2.

Add yourself and the logo

Your name and role share one line under the event name; upload the conference logo as PNG, JPG or WebP up to 5 MB if you have it.

3.

Download and swap your banner

Save the 1584x396 PNG, edit the cover image on your profile and upload it; keep your old banner file to switch back after the event.

Why speakers make their banner here

Your talk on every profile visit

A 1584x396 Speaking at strip announces the talk to every client, colleague and recruiter who looks you up before the event.

Readable next to your photo

The event name gets the largest type, and your name and role sit on one line to the right of the photo zone.

The conference logo, top right

A PNG, JPG or WebP logo up to 5 MB goes top right, away from your profile photo, on a white plate when the background is dark.

Ten speakers in one go

Organizers can paste a CSV of up to 10 names and roles and download every speaker's banner in one ZIP, once a day.

Free, without a watermark

20 renders and 60 live previews a day per visitor, and nothing on the PNG but your talk.

What a speaker banner should say

A profile banner is read in about a second and usually at reduced size, so it carries one statement: you are speaking, where and when. The event name gets the largest type, your role should be short enough to share a line with your name, and the date reads best with the city, such as 14 May · Berlin. Ask the organizers for their logo file instead of copying it from the website; many conferences give speakers a media kit with logo files and colour codes. Put the banner up when your talk is announced and swap it back a week or two after the event, while people still get in touch about the session.

Free limits

20 renders and 60 live previews a day per visitor; the CSV batch gives one ZIP of up to 10 banners a day, and files are deleted after 24 hours.

Fields

Label, event or headline, name, role, date and place, an optional button of up to 30 characters and an optional logo up to 5 MB.

Feed posts about the talk

For a square or landscape post announcing the same session, use the free Speaker Card Generator with the same details.

Speaker banner questions

As soon as your talk is announced. The banner then works through the whole run-up, and you can swap it back a week or two after the event.
