How to announce a guest speaker
Fill in the session
The label reads Guest speaker at. Add the event or series name, the guest's name and role, the talk title, and the date and place.
Upload the guest's photo
Ask for a recent headshot and upload it as PNG, JPG or WebP up to 5 MB; it is cropped into the circle beside their name.
Download for you and your guest
Render the square for feeds and the landscape for X or your newsletter, and send the guest the same files to post.

Introducing a guest so people show up
A guest announcement has to answer three questions: why this person, on what, and when. The graphic leads with Guest speaker at and your event's name, puts the guest's photo beside their name and role, and gives the talk title its own line above the date and place. Ask the guest for a recent headshot and the job title they prefer before you render, and send them the file too: their post reaches people your own channels do not.
Free limits
20 renders a day per visitor and one CSV batch of up to 10 cards a day; downloads are kept for 24 hours.
